Warning don’t buy it

Paid this buyer $49 for a digital/online photoset order that she agreed to do. Was always very polite and cordial to her. She subsequently updates the order as being shipped. I attempt to contact her about the order and her last message, but she blocked me preventing any communication. The order was never fullfilled and she neither created, nor provided a link to access any content for a photo set. She kept my money and provided nothing in return for it. She also has another review of a buyer complaining about not receiving a physical order he paid for This buyer defrauded me of my money and provided nothing in return for it. She stole from me, so you may be next. I will be reporting the theft to my bank and my bank will report it to hers for further investigation.
