Paid for a custom and received nothing. Seller won't respond

I paid for a custom video on May 16th, as of May26th I haven’t received it and I haven’t gotten any messages in a week. I would not recommend this seller. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. Buyers please don’t spend money or time with this seller, you will be ghosted and not get your order.

Waited over 2 wks for a video which was promised to me within a day of payment. Seller ghosted my messages. Had to report her to admin...

Candykat said video paid for 2days ago would be sent within hour since then won’t open my messages so had to report her had no other choice
